Disappointing move-in deep clean — would not recommend. Paid nearly $400, including tip, for a move-in clean with additional appliance-cleaning services. Unfortunately, the results were nowhere near the standard I expected from professional cleaners. Here are just a few examples (photos and video attached): * Washing machine: Paid extra for cleaning that specifically included scrubbing the rubber gasket. During the walkthrough, I pointed out discoloration under the seal and was told it couldn’t be removed. I accepted that explanation, only to later discover significant dirt and buildup behind another fold of the gasket that hadn’t been addressed. * Dishwasher: Paid extra for cleaning that explicitly included removing and cleaning the filter. When I asked the cleaners if they’d done this, they said no. I checked afterward and found considerable grime and debris. * Kitchen cabinets: Found visible residue that came off easily with just water and a cloth. I recorded a video showing this. * Air vents: Significant dust remained in the accessible grille openings. When I pointed it out, I was told they couldn’t clean it because their fingers couldn’t reach. * Bathroom, microwave and oven: Soap scum, food residue and grease remained, even after I asked for certain areas to be cleaned again. To their credit, the floors were cleaned well, and I appreciated the effort put into removing some stubborn adhesive. However, effort doesn’t replace results, especially when specific services outlined in the quote weren’t completed. I found myself repeatedly pointing out missed areas during the walkthrough. Eventually, I stopped because the repeated attempts weren’t improving the results, and I had movers and other responsibilities to coordinate. I hired professionals specifically so I wouldn’t have to supervise or redo the cleaning myself. When I raised these concerns with customer service, the initial response acknowledged the shortcomings. However, subsequent responses focused on the five hours the cleaners spent working and the fact that I had approved areas during the walkthrough. The company ultimately offered a $40 refund. My issue was never how long they worked. It was the quality of the cleaning and whether the services I paid for were actually completed. For nearly $400, I expected a thorough move-in clean, appropriate equipment, and attention to detail. Instead, I’m having to clean areas myself and question what else may have been overlooked. The photos and video speak for themselves. I would not book again.

I received carpet cleaning and was not as advertised. the carpet-cleaning service I received from AnyClean on October 31 was unsatisfactory. I hired Anyclean company expecting a professional carpet-cleaning service using appropriate commercial carpet-cleaning equipment. Unfortunately, that is not what I received. The cleaner: - Used my personal vacuum cleaner. - Used a Bissell spot-cleaning machine. - Used a household Hoover upright carpet cleaner rather than commercial or industrial carpet-cleaning equipment. - Added Pine-Sol to the cleaning process. I was extremely disappointed by the equipment and cleaning methods used. This was not the professional carpet-cleaning service I expected when I hired AnyClean. The results were unsatisfactory, and I now have to rent a proper carpet-cleaning machine and redo the work myself. I have therefore paid for a service that has not met my expectations and have lost both money and valuable time. Had I known that household equipment and these cleaning methods would be used, I would never have booked this company. I am requesting a full refund of the amount paid. I would appreciate a written response within five business days explaining how you intend to resolve this matter. I hope AnyClean will take responsibility for this experience and resolve it fairly without requiring me to pursue further action.
