Since June 2024 our crews have extraction-cleaned 5,066 carpets, rugs and upholstered items on 1,682 jobs in Canada: 3,412 carpeted rooms, 633 staircases and 369 sofas, plus 652 more rugs, mattresses, chairs and pairs of curtains.
88% of these were added to another clean, usually a move-out or deep clean that a landlord or property manager asked for, and 12% were carpet-only visits. Our professional carpet cleaners pre-treat stains, hot-water extract each room and groom the pile; sofas are vacuumed, spot-treated and steam-extracted, while leather is wet-wiped, never steamed.

How much does carpet cleaning cost in Canada?
A carpeted room or area is $50, a staircase with landing $55 (staircase only $35) and an area rug $30. Sofas are $30 for a 1-seater, $45 for a 2-seater, $60 for a 3-seater, $70 for a 4-seater and $75 for a 5-seater or L-shape; mattresses are $20, armchairs $20 and curtains $20 a pair. Carpet-only bookings have a $35 minimum.

Can I add carpet cleaning to my move-out or deep clean?
Yes — 88% of the 1,682 jobs here did exactly that. Add each room, staircase, rug or sofa at booking and it is priced on the same visit.
How long does carpet take to dry?
Usually 2–6 hours, depending on the fibre, airflow and humidity. Open windows or run the heating or AC to speed it up, and keep heavy furniture off until it is dry.
Can you remove every stain?
We pre-treat and extract every stain, and most come out completely, but some — bleach, dye, old pet urine or burns — can be permanent. We tell you on the day what is likely to lift.
When should I book carpet cleaning in Canada?
August is our busiest month here and Friday the busiest day, so book a few days ahead then.
Do you clean leather sofas?
Fabric sofas are steam-extracted. Leather is wet-wiped and conditioned by hand, never steamed, so it does not crack or stain.
How do I pay?
Payment can be made before the service or after the work is completed, depending on your preferred payment option.
What if something is missed?
Tell us within 48 hours and a crew comes back to re-clean the missed areas free of charge.
