You never need to provide anything. Crews arrive with professional products and equipment; if you prefer specific products used — for allergies, pets or delicate surfaces — leave them out and note it at booking. Move-out cleans can be documented with before-and-after photos on request for landlords, buyers and property managers.

How much does a cleaning cost?
Fixed prices, the same in every province we serve: studio $185, one-bedroom $225, two-bedroom $325, three-to-four-bedroom $425 — supplies, equipment and travel included. Add-ons are priced upfront: inside oven $35, inside fridge $45, inside cabinets $40, carpet and upholstery from $50. Recurring housekeeping and commercial contracts are quoted individually.
Which areas of Canada do you cover?
Nine provinces: Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland & Labrador. Enter your postal code at booking and we match the nearest crew — if booking accepts it, we cover it.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No. Crews arrive with professional products, vacuums and equipment as standard. If you would rather we used specific products — for allergies, pets or delicate surfaces — leave them out and add a note at booking.
When do I pay?
After the work is done, never before. There is no deposit, and cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your visit.
What if I am not happy with the clean?
Tell us within 48 hours and the crew returns to re-clean the areas that missed the mark, free of charge. That guarantee applies to every job, in every province we serve.
