It typically includes kitchen degreasing, appliances, bathrooms descaling, dusting high to low,
skirting boards, doors, internal windows, and floors. Add-ons like carpet steam cleaning
and external window cleaning are available in many locations.

Move out cleaning addresses detailed areas often missed in regular cleans and includes a completion checklist.
We provide a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on eligible move out cleans.
If anything was missed based on the agreed checklist, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will arrange a targeted re-clean
as soon as possible. One re-clean per service. Some exclusions apply for post-construction dust, mould, or permanent stains.
Internal window cleaning is included in many packages. External windows can be added where access is safe
and permitted. For high windows we may use reach-and-wash systems or recommend a specialist.
Yes. We offer appliance cleaning including ovens, hobs, extractor fans, fridges, and more.
Heavy carbon build-up or dismantling is not included unless explicitly booked as a specialist clean.

A small deposit may be required to secure larger bookings or peak-time slots.
The deposit is deducted from your final balance and is covered by our confirmation email.
We understand plans change. Cancellations or reschedules within a short notice window may incur a fee
to cover team time and travel. The notice period and fee are shown during booking.
Duration varies by property size, condition, and selected services. We provide an estimate when you book.
Teams work methodically to finish on the same day whenever possible.
Yes. At least one team member on site will communicate clearly in English.
