How is a deep clean different from a regular clean?
A regular clean keeps on top of visible surfaces. A deep clean reaches what builds up over months: baseboards, doors and switches, descaled showers and taps, degreased kitchen surfaces and any appliances you add — priced by home size and add-ons.
Is a deep clean a one-off service?
Yes. You book it once, at a fixed price, with no contract or subscription.
When should I book?
August is our busiest month and 48% of jobs fall between June and September, so book 5–7 days ahead in summer and at month-end. Friday is the busiest day.
Do I need to empty the fridge and freezer?
Yes. The fridge and freezer must be emptied and the freezer fully defrosted before the crew arrives, so the inside can be cleaned properly. The microwave is wiped, cleaned and degreased.
How do I pay?
Payment can be made before the service or after the work is completed, depending on your preferred payment option.
