A few things that make the clean faster
A few minutes of preparation helps the crew spend every minute cleaning.
- Arrange parking or a visitor pass if your building needs one
- Leave keys or a lockbox code if you will not be there
- Remove all furniture, boxes and personal items before the crew arrives
- Empty the fridge and freezer and defrost the freezer the night before
- Leave the power and water on — we need lights and hot water
- Note any marks the landlord flagged at move-in

Can housemates split the cost?
Yes — book per room (bedroom $50, bathroom $55, kitchen $65) so each housemate pays for their share.
When should I book?
After everything is moved out and before your key handover. End of April and end of August are busiest — book a week ahead.
Do I need to empty the fridge?
Yes. The fridge and freezer must be emptied and the freezer defrosted before the crew arrives.
Will it pass my landlord’s inspection?
We clean to the landlord checklist, and if anything is flagged we come back within 48 hours and re-clean it free.
How do I pay?
Payment can be made before the service or after the work is completed, depending on your preferred payment option.
