Then, the text and email reminders for the upcoming appointment was extremely convenient. Next, the cleaners called exactly one hour before the appointment to confirm and then said they will call upon arrival, which was exactly on time. The team was extremely thorough in walking through the house first and asking questions about what was to be done. They were very thorough, respectful and neck-breaking fast! I am extremely satisfied with the result of my clean. Booking this service was very easy to do. The company was flexible with my schedule because I was trying to arrange cleaning agter the contractor left my home. What was included in the cleaning was clearly outlined and the prices were clear. The staff that came to clean my home were kind and friendly. They were very though with there work. We had just completed a renovation in the unit and Lana and her team got all the dust and debris associated with the reno cleaned up. They came with all the tools and equipment need to clean. They took the garbage out with them. They took extra care and attention in each room to get into all the nooks and crannies where dust can settle. They cleaned the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedroom throughly and did a great job with my appliances. I highly would recommend this service to anyone and I plan on become an repeat customer to up keep monthly maintenance For what I received I think that cost of the service was very fair.
