Do I pay when I book?
No. Booking confirms your crew and your date — you pay after the clean is finished and you have seen the work. Card, cash and e-transfer are all accepted.
Is the price I see the price I pay?
Yes. The price shown at booking is fixed for the home size and options you select, with supplies, equipment and travel already included. Extras like inside the oven are priced upfront before you confirm.
Can I change or cancel?
Yes — free cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours before your visit, from your confirmation email or by replying to us. No fees and no explanation needed.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most clients leave a key, a lockbox code or building instructions at booking. Tell us how to get in and we handle the rest.
What if something is missed?
Tell us within 48 hours and we return and re-clean it free. That guarantee applies to every visit, everywhere we operate.
How far ahead should I book?
Two to three days is typical. Month-end move-out dates fill fastest — give us five to seven days for those.
