How It all Started
Anyclean.ca is the result of a vision shared by two friends, Sarbaz Hassan and Saman Hamza. They saw a need for professional cleaning services in Canada and decided to do something about it. Sarbaz, who has over a decade of experience in the home servicing industry in the UK, had already started a successful cleaning company there called Hello Services Ltd. During a phone call, Sarbaz shared his success story with Saman, explaining how his UK company had helped thousands of customers and earned great reviews on Trustpilot. Inspired by this, they decided to bring the same high-quality, trusted cleaning services to Canada.
They started Anyclean.ca Ltd with a clear mission: to provide excellent cleaning services across the country. No, all products, materials and equipment provided by us
We can guarantee is its regarding the cleaning service, so if the landlord or estate agent is not happy with the cleaning service we can go back to do further cleaning with no extra cost, but we cannot guarantee deposit back if you have damaged something or if its unrelated to the cleaning.
With a standard end of tenancy cleaning price or service only windows from inside are cleaned, so if you need windows to be cleaned from the outside as well then you need to request this an additional service, so yes, we do clean outside windows as well
Yes we do provide deep oven cleaning without dismantlling, only accessable parts will be cleaned
We don’t require a deposit to book our cleaning service, however you can put a deposit towards the booking if you like, or you can book the service in advance with full payment paid.
If you cancel the booking giving us 24-hour notice, then there is no cancellation fee. However, if you cancel the job within 24 hours then there is 30% cancellation fee.
It really depends on the size of the property and the condition of the property, based on our average time taken per job last year is 4.8 hours, however some property can take the whole day if it’s a hug property, but one thing we can be a sure of is that no properties will take more than a day.
All our cleaners are able to speak English, we do have cleaners whom are not English native speakers and there could be some lack of understanding sometimes.
The intial price is based on average condition of the property as well as averge size, cleaners will let you know if extra payment is required due to cleaning state or size
We offer pricing options for both carpet and non-carpet cleaning. You can choose between professional carpet cleaning, which includes a deep clean using specialized equipment, or just hoovering.
If you are unhappy with the service provided or the check-out report indicate dissatisfaction with our service and areas require further cleaning, we will return to the property free of charge within 72 hours of the initial cleaning.

Method of payments are cash, Bank transfer or card payment, you can make the cash payment to the cleaners on the cleaning day, or you can call us to pay over the phone as well as bank transfer to our bank account.
Yes, we will provide you with an invoice, receipt, and a checklist of all the areas cleaned. This information will be sent to you via email and text.
Yes, we have both business insurance and public liability insurance.
No, you don't need to be present during the cleaning. Just be there to let us in and return before we finish. For end of tenancy cleaning, your presence is not required. We can also collect the keys elsewhere if you have already moved out.
We determine the price based on the size of the property, including the number of bedrooms, living room, kitchen, appliances, carpets, and other areas. On the day of the service, the price may change if the property is in filthy condition.
