Anyclean & Asmar: Strategic Partnership Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the strategic partnership and recommendation framework between Anyclean.ca and Asmar Remodeling and Renovations Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Asmar Renovation”). By engaging with either party through this partnership, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

1. Nature of the Relationship

Anyclean.ca and Asmar Renovation operate as independent business entities. This partnership is a strategic alliance designed to provide clients in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and surrounding regions with a seamless transition between elite home maintenance and professional renovation services. Anyclean.ca acts as a referring partner that endorses the craftsmanship of Asmar Renovation based on a verified history of professional synergy.

2. Scope of Recommended Services

The recommendation covers a comprehensive suite of renovation and remodeling services provided by Asmar Renovation, including but not limited to:

  • Full Home & Estate Renovations
  • Gourmet Kitchen & Spa-Inspired Bathroom Renovations
  • Luxury Basement Finishing & Legal Apartments
  • Flooring Installation (Hardwood, Vinyl, Laminate) and Artisanal Tile Work
  • Staircase Redesign and Refinishing
  • Interior Painting, Drywall Installation, and Repair
  • Architectural Trim, Baseboards, and Door Systems
  • Cottage Renovations and Exterior Wood Repairs/Carpentry
  • Ongoing Property Maintenance Programs

3. Referral and Technical Assessment Process

  • Inquiry: Clients may submit project details via the Anyclean.ca portal. These inquiries are directed to Asmar Renovation for review of scope and architectural potential.
  • Consultation: Asmar Renovation is responsible for conducting the on-site technical assessment, providing the project roadmap, and issuing all quotes.
  • Priority Access: Clients referred through this partnership may receive priority scheduling for consultations, subject to Asmar Renovation’s current capacity.

4. Independent Contracting and Liability

  • Separate Entities: Anyclean.ca is not a subsidiary, agent, or joint venture of Asmar Renovation.
  • Workmanship: Anyclean.ca is not legally responsible for the services, structural integrity, warranties, or workmanship carried out by Asmar Renovation.
  • Contractual Agreement: All service contracts, payment terms, and project timelines are strictly between the Client and Asmar Renovation. Anyclean.ca is not a party to the renovation contract.
  • Dispute Resolution: Any issues arising from the renovation process must be resolved directly with Asmar Renovation.

5. Service Areas

The partnership serves the Greater Toronto Area and extended regions, including but not limited to:

  • Core Hub: Toronto, North York (Yorkland Road area).
  • West/Halton: Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Halton Hills.
  • North: Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Newmarket, Aurora, King City, Caledon.
  • East: Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa, Stouffville.
  • Extended Regions: Barrie, Innisfil, Georgina, and Muskoka (Cottage Renovations).

6. Professional Standards

Asmar Renovation commits to maintaining the “white-glove” philosophy and “Master Execution” standards endorsed by Anyclean.ca. This includes utilizing in-house specialists to ensure disciplined timelines and artisanal results.

7. Data Privacy

By requesting a renovation quote through the partnership portal, the client consents to Anyclean.ca sharing the provided project details and contact information with Asmar Renovation for the sole purpose of providing the requested service.

8. Amendments

These terms are subject to change. The version of the terms in effect at the time a project contract is signed between the client and Asmar Renovation shall apply to that specific engagement.
