Prince George is the largest city in Northern British Columbia and the regional capital for an enormous geography spanning from the Cariboo to the Peace Region. It sits at the confluence of the Nechako and Fraser Rivers, surrounded by boreal forest. The city’s economy is anchored by the forestry industry (pulp mills, sawmills), University of Northern BC, University Hospital of Northern BC, and CN Rail operations.

Prince George’s rental market is driven by UNBC and College of New Caledonia students, healthcare and forestry workers, and a significant Indigenous population.
