Excellent post-renovation cleaning. The job was extensive and the site very dusty, but took their time and made sure the place was left clean. Would definitely use again for future clients’ homes.

Cleaning of a house during renovations Karen and Sarah worked hard and did a very good job and were very pleasant to work with. They are an asset to the company

Brett Fitzpatrick

Date to complete the deep clean was rescheduled 3 times which caused renovations delays by almost 2 weeks. The final results were sub par. Update - Any clean said they would inquire, but still have not heard anything.. disappointing really.

It’s unfortunate 0 starts is not an option. Used this company to clean a vacant unit before moving in and it’s basically a scam. I returned 5 hours later and found many missed areas still dusty, I also found they did not do the fridge, stove or oven, nor did they move appliances and clean behind them, when I called them to return I was told “sorry the app didn’t tell us to clean the appliances” after that was finally completed they left again for me to find they still misses the drawers in the fridge which they had to return a 3rd time to complete. One vent was left completely full of dust and the excuse was “we don’t have anything long enough to reach it” ….you're a cleaning company who doesn’t have the required tools to complete your job? I basically paid $600 for nothing. When I spoke to the person in charge his response was only to apologize and offer 10% off my next service. It’s a joke, they scam you and basically do nothing after stealing your money. I would never trust them again so the comical 10 % off offer is as useless as the job they did. Hire a reputable company instead that actually stands behind their work. Clearly the appliance cleaning was included hence the price I paid and the fact they came back twice to complete what they missed, I paid for a FULL DEEP CLEAN so this response clearly shows a lack of taking responsibility, also I’m not sure if you have no records of my name yet you knew who I was to call me only after this review was posted. You should be honest in your responses rather than trying to paint an inaccurate picture to try and save face over the fact you clearly don’t care about your customers once you’ve been paid. The fact I paid cash and paid it directly to your team is completely irrelevant, what difference does it make how I paid? I have proof of payment via cash and ET, and at the time I had the issues the company was not on Google and I was unable to leave a review, if it was possible to leave one then I would have done so and tried to help other from being scammed the same way. NO $50 ADJUSTMENT WAS SVER OFFERED OR MADE And no, as per the rude and aggressive VM you left me which I will also post to show people how you deal with customers I do not clean my house every “20 years” like you said, I just don’t re-hire a company to do more jobs when they clearly don’t care to actually do what they are hired to do and are dishonest…so I’m not sure where you were trying to go with that silly question. Also I should not have to inspect your work multiple times, if you actually do your job and do it well it should be to standard the first time so once again that falls on you not the customer.

I previously reviewed my experience with Anyclean saying that I had a very good experience. And for the most part, I did. The cleaning was done very well. However, many items in my house went missing (e.g. birthday cards/envelopes, gift cards ($100), handmade/personalized dishes, medications, important documents, and products (new bottles of shampoo, conditioner, bodywash), to name a few). Attempts to get information from them about where items were, or to get cleaners to return to show where they made have placed things, were not successful. They still have not been found two months later. These items were expensive to replace which increased the cost overall of the cleaning significantly. They reimbursed me $100 for the missing giftcard, but that was a fraction of the amount I had to pay to replace missing things ($500+). For this reason I would NOT recommend using their service.

Absolutely amazing service! I’ll admit, I was a little unsure at first when I saw that Izzy was handling such a big job on his own. However, he quickly reassured me that he could handle it and had successfully completed even larger jobs in the past. By the end of the service, I was genuinely astonished. I couldn’t believe that one person had managed to tackle such a large home, so thoroughly and professionally. Izzy completely exceeded my expectations with his confidence, hard work, and attention to detail. I’m extremely impressed with the final results and would absolutely recommend Izzy to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and outstanding cleaning service. A truly exceptional job! Thank you again!
